When you request to transfer your prescriptions,
it's as easy as 1-2-3.
Call the pharmacy where you'd like to have your prescription transferred and provide information about your prescription. We'll contact the pharmacy where it was last filled—there's no need to call your doctor and there's no waiting until you need a refill.

Below is some of the information we will need about the prescriptions you want to transfer. You can find this information on your current prescription label:
1. Name of your current pharmacy
2. Phone number of your current pharmacy
3. Prescription number
Tell us when you wish to pick up your prescription in the store of your choice.
